PURCHASE AND USE
It can be purchased for personal use or as a gift.
EXPERIENCE MENU/GIFT CARD:
When purchasing a TASTING MENU or a SEASONAL MENU, you will receive a redeemable code for the number of diners you have chosen. The code is subject to the following conditions:
- A code allows you to send ONE single reservation request.
- The reservation will be authenticated at the time of booking the table. You must provide the reservation code, and we will confirm the authentication of the gift card.
- The reservation will be effective once the restaurant has confirmed it. When you send a reservation request, it will only be valid once the restaurant approves it based on availability. You will receive confirmation via email. Please check your spam or junk mail folder.
- The validity period is one year from the moment of purchase, and it can be redeemed from Monday to Sunday between 1:30 PM and 11:30 PM. Once the year has passed, the menus will be considered expired with no option for use or refund.
- You can cancel a reservation confirmed by the restaurant up to 7 days before the booking date to reschedule. Otherwise, it will be considered valid. No refunds will be issued.
- The restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation in cases of force majeure. In such cases, the restaurant will offer alternative booking options.
- The gift voucher is for one-time use and will expire once the validity period has ended.
Reservations requested from the restaurant may have any of the following statuses, which define the characteristics of the reservation codes used:
- Pending: A reservation request has been made but has not yet been responded to by the restaurant. It is not possible to request a new reservation with the associated code.
- Confirmed: A reservation request has been confirmed by the restaurant. It is not possible to request a new reservation with the same code. You can cancel this reservation up to 7 days before the booking date.
- Canceled by the restaurant: A reservation request has been canceled by the restaurant. It is possible to request a new reservation with the associated code.
- Canceled by the customer: A reservation request has been canceled by the customer more than 7 days in advance (as stated in the conditions). It is possible to request a new reservation with the associated code.
- Completed: Once the reservation has been used, the same code cannot be reused for another reservation.
- Expired coupon: Once a year has passed since the purchase date, or after the set expiration date of the coupon, the reservation will lose its validity, and no refunds or new reservations will be allowed.
RETURNS
Once the purchase is made, returns are not accepted.
SHIPPING
During the purchase process, you will receive an email with the TASTING MENU or SEASONAL MENU and the redemption code.
PAYMENT METHODS
Via Visa/Mastercard credit card. Payment is made directly through a secure platform provided by the bank.
