Our cuisine

Our cuisine is based on the traditional gastronomy of the Empordà region and its products: sea and mountain, platillos, suquets, stews, picades, sofregits, romescos… From this foundation, we bring yesterday’s recipes up to date and refresh the most traditional dishes, always using local and seasonal products.

The result is a diverse menu where classic dishes and Marc’s renewed creations coexist in perfect balance.

Our bread and pastries are homemade, and we also prepare gluten-free dishes suitable for celiacs.
