On June 7 our chef, Marc Gascons, participated along with other outstanding chefs, at the inauguration ceremony of the new Makro of the Zona Franca industrial estate in Barcelona. Makro is the Spanish subsidiary of the German Metro group and a leading wholesale distribution company for professionals in the Horeca sector in Spain. With this initiative, it strengthens its position within the hotel sector and offers new and novel advantages.
