Today we’re pleased to unveil latest creative venture by Marc Gascons: his daring menu for the Tribute Dinner to Pablo Picasso, in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the artistic genius’s final stay in Barcelona. The menu was presented to the press at the Informal restaurant run by Marc Gascons at the Serras Hotel in Barcelona, as a precursor of what’s to come next year when Barcelona’s Picasso Museum opens an exhibition devoted to the artist and gastronomy. It was a wonderful, delicious evening with plenty of surprises and exquisite, spot-on pairing by Quim Vila of Vila Viniteca.
