Last Tuesday we had the pleasure to take part in a new Culinary Action! event in Barcelona, a workshop organised by the Basque Culinary Center which focused on promoting the debate based on success stories involving restaurant and hotel owners, discussed by the people themselves: the chefs who as the owners and/or managers of their businesses play a key role, as well as other professionals involved in management and innovation in the restaurant and hotel sector
In our case we were invited to take part in a round table discussion on "Michelin-starred business models in Girona, Tarragona and Lleida", along with Joel Castanyé, from the restaurant La Boscana in Bellvís and Arnau Bosch, from Can Bosch in Cambrils.
The workshop had a dozen more speakers, including prestigious chefs such as Xavier Pellicer, Carles Abellán and Ada Parellada, among others.
