The 5th Paired Dinner campaign has got underway. This culinary event was created in 2013 by the gastronomic group La Cuina de l’Empordanet of the county of Baix Empordà (and of which we form part) in partnership with the wineries of the DO Empordà. In 2015 the event incorporated La Cuina del Vent, the gastronomic group based in Alt Empordà.
Paired Dinners invite you to enjoy a complete culinary experience. A chef and a winemaker join together to offer the best combination between the dishes and wines that make up the menu.
This year the campaign runs from 17 February until 9 June. A total of 31 dinners will be held during this period by professionals who will bring the best of the Emporda countryside to your table. Els Tinars will have its turn on 28 April, when we will offer a menu paired with wines from the Pere Guardiola Cellar. We will give you more information about the menu soon.
