Our experience at "Fòrum Gastronòmic"

The Gastronomic Forum this year was held in Girona on 15th, 16th and 17th November. One of the most important events of gastronomy in our country, that concentrate the best chefs and products,show cookings, tasting products... is a great experience!

This year from our restaurant Tinars, we’ve worked with Estrella Damm we’ve prepared every day some diferent tipes of rice for the assistants, and we are very happy of the result. We have also developed various tapas with anchovies. All delicious.


We also had the opportunity to participate in two workshops:

• On Sunday our chef, Marc Gascons, held a workshop with Albert Sastregener from the restaurant Bo.Tic (Corçà) to teach different tricks and recipes with eggs from l’Empordà. The workshop was presented by Carme Gasull, an experienced journalist. 

• On Monday, we participated in a  workshop about business called "I have the business that I would?" With Aida Moya, from the company Vilar Riba.

These three days have been very intense, but we enjoyed what we like the most: good cooking and good food!
