Next Thursday, April 3rd, you can taste the kitchen from Tinars in the Zaldiaran Restaurant from Vitoria-Gasteiz. With this initiative, the Zaldiaran wants to know the best of young Spanish chefs, who have been recognized his work with Michelin stars and "Sun" of the Repsol Guide: Ricard Camarena, Nacho Manzano, Koldo Rodero, Ángel León, Marcos Morán, Francis Paniego, Manuel de la Osa, Pepe spots, Kiko Moya, Javier Olleros and our Marc Gascons. He is going to represent the Catalan gastronomy.
