Tuna is an exquisite product that we can consume all year, although its season is in summer. The nutritional content of the tuna is very beneficial for our organism, but it also has a great taste, especially appreciated in Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

We encourage you to try our red tuna tartare, roasted tomato, basil, cereals, ginger and wasabior or our tuna belly à la flame, vegetables, grilled mushrooms, soya and egg yolk. Both dishes will be found in our summer menu.
